RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
- All items, except those labeled as Final Sale or non-refundable, have a 14-day return allotment.
- Contact us at email@example.com to start any return or exchange.
- TCPB inspects all items prior to shipment. Therefore, to be eligible for a return of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery date. Please include clear pictures and a description of the damage.
- To start a return of an undamaged or non-defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. If your return will be accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
- ALL items for return or exchange MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, except for the return of damaged or incorrect items.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- If ANY of the return requirements are not completed or items NOT reported as damaged or incorrect are deemed non-refundable due to the condition we receive it, TCPB has the right to deny a refund for the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution. If items or packaging is damaged see Shipping Policy and above for return instructions of damaged/defective items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and items labeled as non-returnable or non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
